Return Conditions
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution, such as replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved or special orders)
- Sale items or gift cards
Due to their personalized nature, these items generally cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are unsure, please contact us before sending anything back.
Refund Information
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide return labels.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
- For items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, funds will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
