Before Ordering

Are your pieces suitable as gifts?

Yes. Each piece is designed to cherish memories and express love. We offer beautiful gift wrapping and can ship directly to the recipient for a thoughtful surprise.

What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is made from 316L stainless steel, with 18K gold and 18K rose gold plating options. Proper care and normal use will help maintain its original finish.

Can I request special customizations?

Yes. For requests beyond our available options, please contact us before placing your order. We will review the request and confirm whether it can be made.

How do I choose the necklace length?

You can use a thin cord to simulate your preferred necklace length and measure it. The standard chain length is 45 cm / 18 in, with a 5 cm / 2 in extender for adjustment.

What if I enter incorrect customization information?

Please contact us immediately. Modifications are usually free within 24 hours. After 24 hours, once production has started, free changes may not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Custom items usually require 1–3 business days for production. Processing time may vary depending on the product, order details, or holiday seasons.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from the most suitable logistics center based on your shipping address and order type.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping where available. Shipping options may vary by country or region.

Can I upgrade my shipping?

Yes. After reviewing your order and production status, expedited or express shipping options may be available.

Are shipping times in calendar days or business days?

All shipping times are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Who pays customs duties?

Some international orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees. These charges are usually the responsibility of the recipient, depending on local customs policies.

After-Sales Service

What if I receive a defective item?

Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or defective. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

How do I apply for jewelry after-sales service?

Please report obvious defects within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will prioritize replacement, remake, or another reasonable solution.

Do you accept returns or exchanges for wooden products?

Wood products are custom-made and generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is shipping damage or an obvious manufacturing error. If approved, we will remake or replace the item.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please provide your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, remake, or another solution.

What if the item is wrong or missing parts?

Please contact us. We will resend the correct item or missing parts free of charge after confirming the issue.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Within 24 hours, changes or cancellations are usually free. After 24 hours, a 30% fee may apply if production has started. Once the order has entered production, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 7 business days. The exact time may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Wood Products Disclaimer

Why do wood products look different?

Each piece is made from wood, so variations in grain, knots, color, and small details may appear. These differences make every piece unique.

Is a slight wood odor normal?

Yes. Laser engraving may leave a faint scent, which usually fades naturally within a few days.

What is not considered a quality issue?

Natural wood grain or color differences, a faint scent from laser engraving, spelling errors entered by customers, and personal preferences in font, proportion, or wood grain are not considered quality issues.
